With more than 20 years experience on screen, James brings a unique and invaluable perspective to all of our work…as well as presenting quite a lot of it! James’ drive and ambition is infectious, keeping the rest of us on our toes! So far as we know, James is the only TV chef to have described a finished dish on screen through the medium of contemporary dance.

Somewhere amidst the organized chaos of production is Karen, organizing the chaos. Bringing 30 years worth of production experience to bear on everything we do, whilst being exceptionally lovely, Karen is about as close to essential as you can get. She also Skypes her cats.

Fiona is an entertainment and literary agent with more than 30 years experience representing some of the biggest names in the lifestyle genres. Her commercial expertise underpins the business side of Blue Marlin and a little known fact is that she is widely considered the most glamorous woman in television.* (*Source: David Nottage).

Producer, company mascot, part-time pie judge…truly a man for all seasons. With an eye for a story and a great contributor, Andy’s editorial instincts are a hallmark of our output. He also has an eye for a nice Rose…a crisp White…Red too, come to think of it…actually, has anyone seen Andy recently…?

David has devised and delivered hundreds of hours of content for global broadcasters and brands over more than 20 years. When not on Blue Marlin duty he lives in Devon, which none of the others holds against him (so they say). It is a little known fact that he is widely considered the least glamorous person in television.*
